We make every effort to list items accurately and honestly, so you can purchase from our webshop with confidence.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All payments are securely processed by PayPal.
For delivery addresses within the UK, items are usually posted by Royal Mail. We post every week day except Sundays and normally consign items within one working day of receipt of payment. Paid orders received before 0900 hours are normally despatched on the same day.
Since we are based on an offshore Scottish island, there may be occasional weather based ferry service interruptions which will affect the postal service, which are obviously outside our control!
The service used depends on the weight and value of the item you are purchasing. We normally list items inclusive of 2nd class postage as the lowest cost option but if you require faster delivery, please contact us to arrange 1st Class or Special Delivery service when making payment.
Our postage charges include reasonable packaging costs.

UK destinations - Light weight & small items - 1st or 2nd Class Letter Post or Packet Service
UK destinations - Larger & heavy items - Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcel Force, Royal Mail Standard Parcel service or courier
If you need to return an item, please contact us by telephone or email so that arrangements can be made. Distance selling rules apply to all returns and a deduction may be made to any refunds to cover the initial despatch costs.
